Video evidence, rioters saying Trump sent them to cause trouble, the defense team quitting.......... how in the world can republican senators still vote against conviction of impeachment!!?
It just does not make any sense.
Greed for power wins over integrity. Trump's legacy lives on.

In my 71+ years I've only lived 14 of them in my native US. Even as a child 60 years ago I would defend the US because 'we are good people' and that's why everybody wants to go there. January 6th is the only time in my life that I was embarrassed to be an American.

Exactly why his counsels wouldn't let him testify during the Mueller investigation. I think election interference should have been included in the impeachment charges. Plenty of evidence right out in the open for that. Probably more than incitement of insurrection.
