Indeed. As I just posted killing someone who you threatened with your actions is something that needs to be addressed no matter what color anyone is.

This is as much about guns and their proliferation as it is about ridiculous laws and a lobby group whose goal is the indirect slaughter of people to increase their profits.

Black white is too simple for this case.

For me, I just want to see this investigated. If he actually is innocent, then so be it. Justice will be done. At least we will know the truth of it.

For many others, it won't be that easy.

Except that the only witness is the one being charged, we will get his "account', how close to the truth that will be is open to debate.

I guess for me race was not the one largest issue in this case. The thing that bugged me the most was that a man was killed, and his killer didn't even have to answer for it.
