I haven't done the math, but that's probably right. The people who I know who are successful at sucking money out of the USDA are, or can afford, lawyers. And they stay on top of what the programs are.

In America, we don't reward the productive, we reward the manipulative.

Looks to me like the top beneficiaries are Corporations, Farming Co-ops, and Indian Tribes. Interesting.

Yup! I was surprised to see the tribes in there but I guess if there's gonna be a public teat like that the Indians probably deserve it more than anyone else.
