Bombings in Sri Lanka

"COLOMBO, April 21 (Reuters) - Easter Sunday bomb blasts at three churches and four hotels in Sri Lanka killed more than 200 people and wounded at least 450, police officials said, the first major attack on the Indian Ocean island since the end of a civil war 10 years ago.

Seven people were arrested and three police officers were killed during a security forces raid on a house in the Sri Lankan capital several hours after the rash of attacks, some of which officials said were suicide bombs." Reuters

Terrible news overnight.

Indeed not. They're mostly Hindus, with a smattering of Catholics.

Without Jews, Christs and Moslems this world would be a peaceful one.

Okay then... Just one more thing for clarification before I get into trouble here. (I actually do not need this forum anymore...)

"Compassion is a verb" said Tich Nhat Hanh. And I would like to ad this: "Empathy is the key". If this our human race does not get that very soon, it will disappear in the next couple of decades.

Compassion and empathy, no matter which religion you belong to or being an atheist.

Empathy openning compassion's door.

Empathy can also be perceived as "taking a walk in another person's shoes."
