In a remarkable moment, Biden responded to the outburst by holding up the "Say Her Name" pin Greene had handed him during his entrance — and appealing to Republicans to pass the bipartisan border security deal.
Surprised that President Biden actually took it from MTG.

Hah! Good political Instinct there--refusing the token would play into their narrative, instead he got a useful prop for defusing it.

He could have responded to her exploitative single example with a littany of the victims of school shootings vs the unwillingness of the party on the payroll of the NRA, doing nothing to address that as a matter of pandering policy. Then there's Timothy McVeigh, another nut job domestic terrorist, but that doesn't support their xenophobic nativist white supremacy narrative. Too many examples of home grown terror to cite.
