When religious beliefs include hate, it is not hateful to take note of the fact.

Claiming religious privilege for hate does not make it immune to criticism, nor are crimes excused by religion. This includes hate crimes when the legislature makes proper and constitutional law against them.

I really think that the owner of the restaurant should sue Trump for defamation for injecting himself and the power of his bully pulpit into what is a private matter. SHS was dining and/or hoping to dine in that restaurant as a private citizen, not as an envoy of Trump.

No one. I did accuse someone of being "hate fueled" however. Ad that person does tend to find a way to inject Trump into every post (even, in this case, into an event that happened in 2012). If you have to ask, maybe you're having trouble following a conversation and semantics?

When religious views collide with your social views, you call those duly held religious views "hate".

There's no "hate crime" here, so not sure how that's relevant.
