That's why we had the big bang. It was his second attempt and all hell broke loose.

And then there was us.

An imperfect translation, it should have said we were created as He imagined we should look. So start in Africa with Lucy and evolve from there. Sheesh

The same people I know who think Evolution is BS are also one to forgo getting a Flu shot every year. They are are also the few I know who get the flu every year. Go figure something as small as a virus proves evolution but still some choose not to see.

Depends what facet of the gem you're looking at. It can also mean that we are capable of understanding how the universe works, anything in creation, and that God has a sense of humor

But..why would he imagine us to look like we do? I mean, we cannot survive in most environments without protective clothing. There are lots of other creatures out there better suited to earth, like birds and fish....and about most every other creature on the planet... and despite what we think about ourselves, we're not the sharpest crayon in the box. Sure, we're clever enough, but intelligent? Spotty at best.

Lucy did not need clothes, she had a nice fur coat, we have just gotten spoiled over the years.

Not the sharpest crayons but still sharper than anything else here that breaths. We have evolved and assuming we don't totally poison the place will continue to eveolve, Republicans not witstanding.
