the plot is to kill everyone until only one is left..
there is a Japanese movie called Battle Royale where they take one high school class put them on an island and tell them that only the last living student will leave it...
I do not know which came first but the ideas are similar.

Not a spectacular Hollywood blockbuster movie but it's probably better off for it, being such a disgusting slice of our history. Well acted imo. As soon as I saw Pitt I figured he'd be the good guy. 7/10

I thought it was a really good movie. Pitt's role was sort of a cameo and he seemed a bit out of place. OTOH, he was behind the financing of the movie and I suppose he deserved to be in front of the camera for a spell.

Finally threw an eye at 12 Years a Slave. Thought it an excellent film and appreciated that the Hollywood fluff and softening of the subject matter was largely missing. No "Chicken George" dancing around, grinning and slap happy.
