Seas are not rising. The land is falling. Dead serious. Look at tides over the last century at various places all over the world. In some places the "sea" is rising and in others, it is falling while in still others it is unchanged.

It's because the land also rises and falls. Read a book on geology some time. Or just read this:

Lots of charts and graphs and a bit more scholarly than the finance and commerce piece.

And it doesn't take much in a given location to see a relative change in sea vs land level. That is why some coastal areas have seen a drop in ocean level and others a rise, and others, during the same time period, no change.

I've lived 66 years. The climate of the world has not really changed that much. And human understanding of climate and weather has BARELY increased. But Woke Cancel Culture Nazi morons seem to think human activity is a magic wand.
