I reject your idiotic premise that anyone has "forfeited their moral standing" on this issue. One only "forfeited their moral standing" to discuss something when Democrats have taken a position on an issue that they can't defend.
Talking about "forfeited their moral standing", you've got James Hodgkinson's personal icon out there today leading the charge for calming the waters of terse political rhetoric and hate.....
...uh, not really. He showed up in an interview on Facebook today, saying the most tone-deaf things. Speaking to one of his supporters, he said:
"We gotta stand up and fight back. We gotta be involved in the political process in a way that we have never been before. Because what is happening now in Washington is unprecedented. This is the worst piece of legislation.
You have got to work in an unprecedented way. Think big. Get involved in every way that you can. Rally the American people…
…So, Mary, stand up and fight back in every way that you can.”
This, of course, comes after Sanders has called the Prez the "most dangerous in history."
Yup, Democrats have all kinds of "moral authority" on this issue.
