We watched the special Memorial Day event held at the Capitol last night, there was not a dry eye in the house.

So did I. And I watched the V.P.s speech this morning. Not bad for Joe Biden.

The right was already having a fit that the President wasn't there. Uh, check your T.V. Guide guys,---he comes on at three. He will address the nation from Chicago.

In the meanwhile, I think I'll go finish watching "A Bridge Too Far".

Some seem to have forgotten that Arlington is not the only "memorial" cemetary, even if it does get the most mention.

Good for you, enjoy your day.

Just taking a break, need to go back to work. Even worked a little on Sat and Sun as well...of course on Sat it also involved tossing back a few Sam Adams with a client.

My kinda work.

If certain people really wanted to show respect there would be no Memorial Day sales. We absolutely refuse to go to any holiday sales, this one especially. Imagine if you had lost someone in Iraq or Afghanistan and you work in retail, you need the job but you must hate the company.

Wish Sam would hop his ass on my rider and go mow my lots and my yard.

Oh well, he can console me once I've done the dirty deed!!!

Gotta go, Becks on!!! More like the grills getting right.

We had the family over for a cookout and counted our blessings. A very good day it was.
