France to deliver warship to Russia despite MH17

Checked in an CNN this morning and there was wide spread condemnation
of France for proceeding with the ship.

All of these commentators were at a lost.

Anyhow not one mentioned the crippling fine on the French bank.

These news channels are a waste land.
