Right. I saw a comment recently that "America as we know it was created by men like Bundy."

No, America "as we know it" was created by men like James Polk and the United States Army forcing indigenous people off the land and giving it to white folks. And, white folks like the Bundy family think they are still entitled to free land today, because of it.

If you really want to get to the root of the situation. I'm just sayin'.

For some reason I'm reminded of a quote by the Late S.I. Hayakawa that he said always got laughs and let him then get to the point;
During his 1976 Senate campaign, he spoke about the proposal to transfer possession of the Panama Canal and Canal Zone from the United States to Panama. Hayakawa said, "We should keep the Panama Canal. After all, we stole it fair and square."
However, in 1978 he helped win Senate approval of the Torrijos–Carter Treaties which transferred control of the zone and canal to Panama.
