Oops, sorry about the compound bow thingy too.

I always thought the last lyrics were "You better cross your legs". I'm very sad now, I hope you guys are happy.

Don't be sad. I was just having fun with your typo - STRANGEhold. You missed the "L".

Ah, I missed the humor, and the spelling mistake. Good one. I wonder how many Craig 8 track players went up in smoke because of that song? I bet it's in the 1000s. I'm trying to remember what song smoked my player? It was Joe Walsh from Hotel California................ I'm thinking life in the fast line maybe. My 68 AMX smelled like burnt resistors for a week, which drove me crazy. I was so nuts about keeping that car clean that I would dust it with pledge every time I took it out of the garage, and never had sex in it. That's what the hood was for.

John Stewart was quite grateful for the comedic value of Clint's appearance.

It gets much, much better! That clip is only about half the routine. The second half is amazing.

This is a link to the entire episode that I have via a Hulu RSS feed. I suspect it won't work for everyone but give it a try.

Funny, yet sad to see someone's mind slipping away like that.

Maybe they could have done it naked and having gay sex in front of a kindergarten class? I mean, while we're pumping out the irony and demonstrating just how full of shyte we are, what the hell, why not?...........

That was one of his best monologues ever. I just linked to the Clint part of it to follow up on the humor of the Clint appearance. Did you happen to see Colbert's take on Ryan's speech?
