This is fodder for right wing talk radio and it already has started. And, here is Greg Abbot who is leading this campaign.

Quote:
Greg Abbott once described his job as Texas attorney general this way: "I go into the office in the morning, I sue Barack Obama, and then I go home." It was that reputation that won Abbott the governorship, entrenching Republican domination in a state that has not elected a Democrat to statewide office in two decades. He bested Democrat Wendy Davis, who had gained national attention for her failed efforts to block an abortion restriction law.

We have a home in NW Indiana. I'm embarrassed every day. But I guess the real estate tax levy makes it more bearable. That and the fact that we're in pretty much the only politically progressive three county enclave in the whole backward State. Visclosky is a decent guy and typically supports the proper stuff.

It amuses me when I think about how today's conservative Republicans in the US Congress, red-state Governor's mansions and red-State Legislatures would be supporting the impeachment of Rino Reagan after his encouragement, support, and signing of Simpson-Mazzoli in 1986.

Getting onboard this lawsuit has become a litmus test for "true conservatives" with aspirations. It'll fizzle like a fart in the wind.

I lived in Wabash for a while. And, yes, it is an embarrassment. 😉

Ah yes. Deep in the heart of Quayle country. Don't think my travels have ever taken me to that particular burg. Nice flat corn country, the Shire of the Hoosiers.
