Next, they'll layoff all of the city workers, give all of the guys at the top an increase, still be over budget and wonder why none of the work is getting done.

Sounds like they're trying to run their city like a private corporation.........

Thanks Chas. Sometimes it gets deep enough in here that it goes over my boots. I just have to wade back a little and wait for the tide to change.
