Life is good

In the last couple of weeks, I've collected almost all of my outstanding debts, sold three jobs, my little dog has outrun the grim reaper, and I've lost five pounds.

And spring is almost here.

It's fun to win a few.

You're an inspiration, dude. How'd you lose the weight?

Good to see that the pup is doing OK. It sounds like yours is as good a master as mine.

Regards,

D-Ray

It's simple. I quit drinking and have been limiting myself to app 1,400 calories per day. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. And ice water.

The hard part was getting my mind right in the first place. I've done this a couple of times before, so I know the drill. It was easier when I was younger, more active, and had more vanity. I've grown quite comfortable in being a bald headed fat slob, thus a lot of my motivation is now lost.

Little Rat Face must have eaten something that wasn't agreeable with her. Was suffering from vomiting and diarrhea, then started passing blood. A trip to the vet for some antibodies and she's back to batting 1,000.

That damn dog goes to the doctor more than I do. I wish she'd start carrying insurance.

Doggie insurance is available. But it costs about $3-400 a year, and YOU have to pay for it. Unless the dog has a job, with healthcare benefits, of course.

Rat Face has the best job in the world...it's pimping me around.

And she's damn good at it.

Well, if she's your pimp, then shouldn't she be providing healthcare for you?
