A week ago Friday night 2/12 we were at the Acorn Theater in Three Oaks Michigan to see and hear...Albert Lee and the band.
They played this Carl Perkins song as they do in this video from Hugh's Room in Toronto the year before. Great show, the whole band is unbelievable and Albert Lee is spectacular as usual.

Ben is Merle Haggard's son. It is hard to break out of a shadow as big as Merle's. But whew. I hope he makes it. I really like his voice.

Stockhausen's great! I'll have to look for that DG version. CD or vinyl?

Had to go to Target, they had the new Megadeth CD, "Dystopia" w/vinyl (free/shipped) offer for 11.99.
They had the new Antrax on the shelf listed for 9.99 but they can't sell it until tomorrow. Idiots.LOL

Jackie Davis
"Backed by a three-man rhythm section, Jackie swings high, wide, and handsomely at the...
..big beat hammond"
Capitol Records, probably early sixties.

Albert Lee is a regular on the Eric Clapton Guitar Festivals. Each one is a collection of amazing guitar talent, including Mr. Lee. Attending one of the festivals is on my bucket list.
Regards,
D-Ray
