The plier racks are awesome.
They're 30" long.

It'll only fit in a deeper drawer. I cut one in half and placed the halves in the front and back of the same drawer, so two rows. If you look at this:

It took all the various pliers vicegrips and pipe/clench wrenches etc from half the top drawer and a full thin wider drawer and got them into the same half of the top drawer - win. While they're packed in there pretty well (not spaced nicely like a pro often needs) I know what I have and can ID them all if I look harder than a glance. All the common ones are right at the front. If you buy from MCM and there wouldn't be additional frt a small cut section would be a nice thing on a hobby bench!
Next up is the screwdriver drawer, 'junk' drawer, and 'supply' drawer. I've cut up a couple $1 utensil trays in the screwdriver drawer but so far am unsatisfied. I may try a combination of some trays and bar magnets. I'm going to keep looking for suitable trays for the junk & supply drawer.
One issue with the utensil trays is, there's a fair amount of wasted space in them. The ones I found are similar to this:

And I've already learned that, where I've hacked up two and put them together, just by cutting the rolled edges off I gain almost an inch. The sloped sides between compartments waste space too. Sounds crazy but it really changes how much fits in one drawer. So I'm going to end up looking for something more along these lines:
