Here's one.
Was discussing with my son yesterday the bear problems in his neighborhood. They have bear resistant dumpsters at several apartment complexes in his vicinity, but the bears are persistent and tumble the dumpsters around until they break.
So I'm thinking they need bases/cradles anchored to the ground that the dumpsters lock into. Quickly occured to me this would also be useful in places like Ferguson, Mo. so the hooligans can't use them to block traffic or ram open the locked doors of a local business.
The latching mechanism could be designed to release when the garbage truck forks are inserted, so no negative effect on emptying them.
I don't know how much dumpster theft occurs, but would also deter that activity if the release latch required a fairly heavy pressure to release.

So there you go. Someone take the idea and go get rich. You're welcome.

Probably about as popular as votes being stole at the poll by people impersonating others.

I hate to break it to you but Apple, Microsoft, Google, and Facebook were all founded by liberals.
