There is nothing new to report. His home in Switzerland has been converted into a clinic where he gets round the clock medical supervision and the family exercises rigid control over news regarding his condition. Reports are infrequent and come from his personal manager, Sabine Kehm.

Apparently, he is still completely paralyzed, cannot speak and has major loss of cognitive function. In other words he hasn't improved at all since the accident.

Alive, physically for sure, but this is not enough in order to live in dignity.

Thank you Boreas for your correct comments.

Manager Kehm does anything in order to protect the privacy of the family. In more than hundred cases she took the Yellow Press to court because they published infame articles about the issue. Kehm is also manager of Michael's son Mick, who is very very talented!

I was incorrect in at least one regard. Michael is now conscious which is, as far as I know, the only improvement to his condition since the accident.

The regained consciousness of Michael was the last improvement that Sabine Kehm announced in public, long time ago, Boreas. You are right. But I think that there will be hardly further improvements concerning his condition. I hope that he can spend his days anyway in a somehow state of human dignity.

Yes, as I recall, he regained consciousness very soon after he was released from the hospital in France. That was quite a while ago. This whole thing is vert sad.
