http://abclocal.go.com/kfsn/story?se...rre&id=7906487 Rather than staying anonymous, this woman is courageously stepping forward to file a law suit against her local mall, when she could have simply carried on without anyone knowing it was her. I really wonder at what point will lawsuits like these stop, but if I was a lawyer, I would happily charge her fees and have the case thrown out.

Was the spill a wake-up call for this dumb broad? Nope, it became a call to her lawyer. She said that she was "dumbfounded." I'd say simply dumb.
