Separation of church and state is to keep government out of the churches. Not for churches to stay out of government.
Try reading what Jefferson had to say about that. You're wrong.

Would you like a flashlight? Because I am damn sure you won't be able to find your arse just using both hands.

So why do you feel a church has a right to dictate to me through force of law what I may or may not do? I'm a Christian and I strongly oppose religious tampering in government. Imagine what an atheist might think. Do non religious types have rights in this country?

We get them constantly around these parts, trying to push through their religious doctrine through force of law. Denying people rights everyone else has, dictating to women what they can and cannot do.... advocating beating children black and blue....

We call them the 'merican Taliban.....

I've thought about how much fun it would be to go around to the 7th Day Adventists houses on a Sunday.

I have a suggestion - We should have a referendum in Red states declaring a bounty on Bible-thumpers. The yahoos would be torn between having another excuse to shoot people and their ol' time religion. Guns might just win this argument.

It seems like identifying posters as trolls simply invites further pointless posts. Just an observation from several years of observing online behavior.

Just pointing out trollish behavior old friend.

BTW, this may be controversial but I don't think all libertarian 'baggers are trolls, mostly, maybe.

I'm just getting cranky. I think we would see fewer nonsensical posts if we saw fewer responses. I was using an obtuse way to say "don't feed the trolls." Maybe not trolls, but those with no filters.

D-Ray
