I think Rex Tillerson was being too kind calling Trump a moron. He is way beyond that.

So the way I understand it, a defendant cops a plea in exchange for a lenient sentence so that the government will not have to go through the trouble and expense of a trial. Besides he/she is expected to tell the truth and nothing but the truth in a court of law and the 5th does not apply here.

So what Trump is saying is that telling the truth to a judge in a court of law under a plea agreement should be considered illegal if the defendant has flipped. This is utterly so beyond stupid yet 85+% of the Republicans support this moron. He should be impeached for being a brainless wonder.
