Personally dealt with the joke that is Florrisant PD.
Very interesting to sit through a night of court and never be called. Then ask the Judge why, he asks why you are there, you tell him and he says "That is complete bullshit and a waste of mine, the courts and your time. You are here though so pay the court costs and go. Dismissed" Only to have to deal with months of harassing and threatening calls and proving over and over that the issue was dealt with and dismissed. Took going to the top of the food chain before it ended. Fun fact, in Florrisant, MO the Mayor & the City Administrator are the SAME guy........

In recent news, the ACLU and NAACP sued the Ferguson-Florissant school district for their discriminatory method of electing board members(black are 75% of the students, but only one seven reps is black), and the Missouri Attorney General is suing thirteen municipalities for violating state law by generating over 30% of their operating revenue from tickets, all in the St. Louis area. What a surprise!
