RIP Gabriel Garcia Marquez

Yesterday Gabriel Garcia Marquez passed. RIP

The author of "One hundred years of Solitude" and "Love in the time of cholera" has always been high on my list of modern writers.

I have decided to read his novels in the original Spanish.

Spanish is such a beautiful language.

RIP Senor Marquez. He was awarded a Nobel prize for '100 Years In Solitude'.

'Democracy Now' on PBS is currently doing a special on the writer's life.

Democracy Now is an awesome program.

I used to listen to it almost every day at work during my lunch hour.

My coworkers called it "The communist radio station".
