Bloomberg will not enter presidential race

Glad to hear it.

Quote:
Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said on Monday he will not enter the race for U.S. president in November, because it was clear he could not win and he did not want to risk enabling a victory by Republicans Donald Trump or Ted Cruz.

Good! Facilitating a Republican victory was definitely the most likely outcome.

Bloomberg was only going to run if Bernie got the Democratic nomination. As a multi-billionaire he was deathly afraid of a Sanders Presidency. Now that the Clintonista Cartel appears to have the nomination sewed up he's no longer concerned. Hillary is owned by the billionaires and is not a threat to them.

In theory I would agree with you, but if that's all this is about, why wouldn't he wait until Michigan votes tomorrow? A Sanders victory there - unlikely though it is - could begin to turn things around. It's just one more day.
