I don't know but it looks as if the Trump family was not concerned about where the Transportation Minister was getting all of his money to build these buildings. The hotel Trump had his name on was built in the worst part of town with no easy access and with no surrounding environment befitting a luxury hotel. Where there is a lot of money with no potential return in profits is usually an indication of money laundering according to the article.
