The Secret Service are sworn to protect the President AND uphold the Constitution of the USA. It's not AND/OR the President. The moment he suspends the Constitution, his nearest bodyguard is obligated to snuff him out.

I mean I could be wrong about that. They should definitely cuff him, and stuff him until a new boss emerges.
