Yeah Ike if we were to check back here in PC I told everyone about Wells Fargo and B of A and our silly mortgage system - it was simply a natter of time before the scam took place.

Many people who work for low wages here in Socal are renting rooms in peoples houses...
like bedrooms, not rooms separated from the homeowner. Not like Fonzi living above a separate garage or a "mother-in-law" room detached from the main structure of the house.
And in trendy places like Venice Beach once cheap apartments are being used for short-term rentals by wealthy visitors to Socal using Air BnB and other services...thus the working poor are finding it more difficult to rent.
