But in Obama's case the inherently evil Dick Cheney wasn't involved, thus honest, transparent Obama was just diligently working for the people's interest. Funny that the cacophony of derogatory comments by the media in the case of Cheney seemed absent in the case of Obama.

I prefer having a sidekick stuntman comedian like Joe Biden as the Vice Prez.

Did you guys catch his gaff yesterday about our focus on

"one three letter word"? -- JOBS

Much funnier than Darth Vader..

The Donks must be worried about their sagging numbers if they've released the Gaffmaster from the attic.

Chas -- I "hear" he promptly followed up that gaff by slapping Gabby Giffords on the back and declaring that "we're both members of the cracked head club now"..

Timing is EVERYTHING in comedy.. This guys' got the rhythm.. He should have someone follow him around with a rim-shot sound effect..

Without respect to his positions on the issues, I kinda life the Gaffmaster. He may be the most unscripted person in Washington.

Though I think he's an idiot, I sort of like him. He's so prone to gaffs that he's entertaining, then again, I always liked court jesters. Now, if we can just get him to wear the hat.

That pretty much explains his appeal.

Similar to the appeal of Ringo. In the John Lennon bio I'm reading, the author reports that Ringo was the fan favorite in the lads first US tour.
