Maybe so but, there is an aspect to this case that is larger than the case itself. This just happens to be football players and a little squabble some of them are involved in. I really couldn't care less about that, they're all a bunch of pampered and over esteemed jocks IMO.

It's more about an ideology that worships unhindered individual power to bully and shove around anyone that dares to stand up to it.

From my reading it sounds like Mr Martin was just as vile and disgusting as Mr Incognito. It also appears that both of Mr Martin's parents are lawyers.......

Starting to smell more like someone looking for a payout then someone being bullied.

This being said I'll wait for more details.

I will give him the benefit of a doubt when Martin comes out and supports him.

He did it from love? Horse hockey!
"Wassup man? The world's gone crazy lol I'm good tho congrats on the win," Martin wrote. "Yeah I'm good man. It's insane bro but just know I don't blame you guys at all it's just the culture around football and the locker room got to me a little."

Check this out...

(CBS) Former Bears head coach and current ESPN analyst Mike Ditka has twice spoken out about the Jonathan Martin-Richie Incognito bullying case in Miami.

First, Ditka said that Martin should have just punched Incognito in the mouth if he felt he was being bullied.

Now, Ditka called Martin a “baby” and said he wouldn’t want him on his team.

“I want to say one thing,” Ditka said during ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown. “If I was the coach, I wouldn’t have either Incognito, the bully, or the baby, Martin, on my team. That’s me. (Does) that make me right? No. That makes me me. And I would stand up to that, because you don’t do what Martin did and you don’t do want Incognito did. Period.”

In response to the position that Martin should have handled his business,
one of the members of a talk show on ESP cautioned less it be construed as...
going to the trunk of your car for your GUN.

One good that should come out of this is rookies that will not anymore be
subjected to picking up the tab for thousands of dollars of food and entertainment bill.
