I Think He will be acquitted. Man what a mess this is, Georgie went out was "playing" cop and got his ass beat, so he pulls a gun and kills the 17 year old kid he (georgie) was stalking. personally I believe he should be charged with 2nd or I would accept the 3dr degree ruling. I just am not sure the defense has done a good enough job of proving their case.
thing that kills me is how long he was free after killing a child, and that is the achilles heal of this whole thing. racism is alive and well in the good old US of A!

2. It merely obstructs the simplicity of this being a 100% bad shoot.

racism is also prevalent in the deep south in case any of you were not sure. and just about any fool can and will have a permitted gun, shoot first it will be your version of the story later!

This prosecutor is absolutely terrible.

I, having no experience at all could do a much better job in this summation.

He does seem to be flailing about. At least he focused, albeit briefly, on the fact that Zimmerman failed to simply declare that he was a neighboorhood watch volunteer. That is all Zim had to do and none of this would've happened.

That would have undermined his perceived authority to harass someone in a public place, broken his personal facade of righteousness that he maintains to this moment.

Sum? It was never going to happen.
