I think anyone who demands you piss in a cup should go to jail for violating your constitutional rights.

Forcing you to submit bodily fluids in order to punish you for something you did two weeks ago that harmed no one? (Except yourself, arguably.) Yeah, that's something that should occur in a "free" society.

Where I work they try to pawn it off as "fairness" (as if anything is fair) because our warehouse is full of Teamsters that have to be tested do to the nature of what they do. So in "fairness" they randomly test the folks in the office.

They have no concern for "fairness" when it comes to matching my wage to the Teamsters though.

They say it's all about safety for us fitters, and I can see that I guess. I think it's really more of a tool against work comp claims myself. I know for a fact that it keeps a lot of people who get hurt on the job from reporting it. I told my boss up front that if I ever had a random there could be a chance it would test hot for pot, but he was cool with it. I use a product called "Ready Clean" that has worked 100% so far. A friend of mine that had to piss on probation with the law turned me on to it. He beat them for three years with it, and now I've used it 3 times successfully. You drink it, then fill the bottle with water and drink it, then piss and you are good for 5 hours. A lot of the guys carry synthetic urine, and it works too as we don't get watched. They rubber band a hand warmer pad to it, then hide it in their undies.
