Exactly - this was what came into my mind when I watched the Obama Medvedev video.

Oh Ronald was hamwer da jelacht (ironic Berlin dialect). No, it was not funny - WWIII would have happened in the middle of Europe, primarily in Germany, so this Cowboy made us peeing our pants!!!!!
