You are so right. Im sure the Nuland phone conversation where she said "F the EU" during her discussion with the US ambassador in the Ukraine discussing who Washington would be putting into power didn't help much either.
I don't think this will last long. The Ukraine Navy Flag ship has dropped the Ukraine flag and hoisted the Russian flag

and the Ukraine special forces have refused to go to Crimea to fight the Russians. I think that leaves them the reserves and who knows how many will be loyal to a rogue self appointed government.

Will this become a running gag?

Do not answer: "This depends on Samm!"

The Ukraine guys made their biggest mistake when they gave up the nukes after the USSR breakup.

Nobody invades a country with nukes.

The ones who are smiling now are the fellows in the Military Industrial Complex community.

Secretary Chuck Hagel is tearing up his reduction plans.

Washington certainly has made sure that the only profitable "commodity" we have left to offer the rest of the world is war. Its time to clean house I think.

I see that chickenhawk McCain and his girlfriend Leslie are sabre rattling again.

Now I hear some talking head saying the Chinese will not go along withe sanctions. Whoops the Chinese love the Chinese and would be only too happy to see a knot jerked in Putin's tail.

The biggest threat at the moment is that Putin may well become unhinged, he is not that far from being a total nutcase as it is.

China and Russia are both part of BRICS and they will be in it together whatever happens. China will back Russia if the arrogant hegemons in Washington insist on a war.
