I was informed yesterday, by a wingnut friend on FaceBook, that President Obama had placed a ban on "Welcome Home" parades for the troops returning from Iraq. It smelled like more Right-Wing bullshit lies, so a subsequent internet search revealed;

There have been dozens of such parades including the one in St. Louis that the president attended, and spoke at.

There are more planned for later in the year, across the nation including----Chicago, Illinois.

Turns out it was more of what I thought it was.
