I will work till I die I suppose, if I lose my job I'll have 6 months of unemployment (which isn't enough anyway) to find a job, and I would find one even if I took a pay cut.

I don't think that is the case. The problem occurs when people are fired for no good reason. Too bad, however, that the employees can't fire incompetent or lazy management officials who cost people jobs by running a company into the ground.
