Inflation is working against any such Senate gains. Moreover the Fed is going to increase interest rate and gradually adopt Quantitative Tightening.

Bull shit time is over for the Fed. Inflation stalks the land.

It's going to be a midterm bloodletting and two douchebag pseudo democrats are going to kill any progress, prior.

Ugh.

Anyone saying were should go easy lest the two Democratic Party obstructionists change parties needn't worry for they already have. They just haven't made it official.

If President Joe Biden announces to the world that the USA launched a cyber attack on Russia, then he is a complete idiot.

His chances of being re-elected are slim any way. That announcement would seal the deal. Because then all kinds of attacks would hit the USA.

This is being leaked, I'd assume, for domestic consumption. They are complete idiots indeed if they think any threat short of a nuclear ultimatum is going to carry any weight with Putin at this point.

I suspect they just wanted to sound a "Your Government is strong!" note at a time when it doesn't look like we can do anything.

US cyberattacks in retaliation for Russian cyberattacks on the US would be the right thing for Biden to do, and he should be open about it.

It appears the best cyberattacks are those done with no acknowledgement or credit. Just happen, there may well be finger prints foot prints across the internet. Leave deniability for the responsible.

Putin is that guy who wants a fight and you know nothing short of killing will stop them.

Gov. Newsom proposes $400 rebate for all CA car owners; free public transit for 3 months

https://abc7.com/gas-prices-spending...rnia/11675648/

Ugh. No, Gavin, please don't. Really, really dumb idea. The free public transit part might work, as it would mostly assist the poor, but the gas thing will be yet another boondoggle, giving the Repubes more things to target.

Opinions seem to vary widely. I see what you mean but think some level of Mr. Roger's is fine. Nigel Farange, OTOH, now calls Joe Biden "The most dangerous man in the world!"
