The thing about Trump is that he might be a savvy carnival barker but he might also believe that Obama was really born in Africa. Now that is scary.

I can't wait for Trump to increase the price of Fords made in Mexico by 35 percent, all on his own without Congressional approval. Thank god that fantasy won't happen. That would hurt corporate Ford in Detroit, while conversely the Toyotas built in Kentucky and the Hondas built in Ohio and Indiana would not have the tariff and that would help Toyota and Honda in Japan.

Do years of expansion of gov't activism and income at the expense of economic growth mean that it's time for a far more of the same under Sanders? Nope.

Is Trump, in my opinion, head and shoulders a better alternative than the other two? Yes.

Did our political system yield the best possible candidates for president? Nope

Are there individuals who might have been better than any of the above? Hell yes, but our current political system as constructed by the major parties would never be remotely attractive to any of them.
