Yesterday a poll comes out showing Trump leading Cruz by only 4 points.

Today one comes out showing him leading by a whoping 21 points.

This is why you can't go by any one poll.

However it is obvious from the aggregate of polls that Trump is leading.

On Wednesday, a CNN/ORC poll found him with his largest lead yet: a 21-point advantage over US Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who has been surging lately.

When you take the average of the last 8 polls from the Real Clear Politics site, Trump has a 17 point lead.

I continue to maintain that of all the candidates on the Republican side, Trump is the least worse.

Stop freaking out about Trump winning the nomination because compared to Cruz, his agenda looks downright moderate.

But, personal style aside, the grim fact of the matter is that Trump is no worse than the wretched hive of scum and villainy that makes up the entire Republican field at this point. Every last one of those mothers is a moral monster who has no business running the country and if any of them win, this country will be so much the sorrier for it.

The mortality rate for Ebola is about 70%

For Dengei fever it's about 1%.

So yeah, that's probably a reasonable analogy.
