Virtually all of that wealth is in stock in the companies they created or invested in. Not, sure how that is out of circulation. If anything has ever circulated more money than Steve Jobs I would like to know who it was.

Providing a useful product or service and gainful employment is a worthy enterprize. Merely aggregating virtual or material wealth for the sake of greed is something else. Working for stock holders instead for the long term interest of the product/ service and employees is purely short term "golden parachute" profiteering.
