Seeing the news today and eyewitness reports it appears that this young man was executed for 'walking while black' and being a smartass.

St. Louis/Fergusen needs a good hard look from the DOJ.

perhaps a trip around the block, or just pulling to the side of the street and a radio call for back up so cooler heads could prevail looks much better to him now in hindsight.

sometimes success in life is based on what one DOES NOT do. I used to apply that dictum to the George W. Bush administration.

Looks like this has been lost on all of the discussions and justifications. It should not have happened, period. All this for the theft of $50 in cigars?
