And yet, we provide health care to the uninsured when they walk into an emergency room.... the most costly and ineffective way to deliver health care.

People may not like the word "entitlement" .... so call it something else. The fact is, we end up paying far more than we should and in the end, we take care of those who can't take care of them self. It is a part of our moral fiber to do so.

I am dealing with the cost characteristics of the American system which are so much different from the rest of the world.

The second: The high cost of litigation to providers--Insurance plus the cost of being super cautious.

Regardless of outcome the American system is basically expensive.

No amount of rig me jig gonna change that.

Other countries do it..... we could do it too.
It is a matter of priorities.

People in Britain see the use of a system like this on the face of a residential tower as prima face evidence of a morally-bankrupt government that does not have the public welfare even on the radar. They are right.

Can't call it American Fascism, but it's the same thing as you mean, isn't it Nailer?

Yet industry is "entitled" to poison the air and water at will.

The health care and pharmaceutical industries are "entitled" to use predatory pricing and make people suffer.

I'm fed up with the 1% entitlements while the 1% claim the 99% has no right to anything....even clean water.

List for me anyone who you believe is "conservative" who has taken a position against "clean air". "clean water", and who has stated that no one should have access to "healthcare".

Sheesh!
