"[5] The furor over the March 17 American airstrike that led to the collapse of a building in western Mosul, killing scores if not hundreds of Iraqi civilians, as well as Defense Department allegations that Islamic State fighters deliberately placed the civilians in harm’s way, have caused a change in American tactics. “It has caused some adjustments to our procedures,” Colonel Scrocca said, though he declined to say what specific changes had been made."

Y'know Mark...the way I'm seeing this is...
We are having this reaction to the IDF response to terrorism because its Jews defending themselves. When its Americans defending themselves the Japs deserved having nuclear weapons dropped on two cities that had no military installations. And the pilots and crews of the two B-29's that dropped "little.boy" and "fat man" are heroes. Or maybe they were they good little nazis who were just following orders.

Allied war crimes during WWII

Anyone who runs, is VC. Anyone who stands still, is well-disciplined VC.

Yeah sure, Americans hold some kind of moral high ground.

And it was attacks such as these that led to the Geneva Conventions in 1949 which, among other provisions, called for protection of noncombatants. Also, a considerable number of the scientists at Los Alamos adamantly opposed the use of the bomb against Japan and sent a petition to Truman saying so. As for the pilots who dropped the 2 bombs, Paul Tibbets became a household name, but the pilot for the Nagasaki strike, Charles Sweeney did not.

Meanwhile, an Israeli minister on Sunday suggested dropping a nuclear bomb on Gaza, and was swiftly suspended from part of his role. Amichai Eliyahu, Israel's heritage minister, made the remark in a radio interview, in which he also said he believed "there are no non-combatants in Gaza," Israel's Haaretz news site reported.

So, it seems that your views largely coincide with the far right genocidal wingnuts in Israel who are even too crazy for Bibi.

It seems your making excuses for Hamas, blaming the victims for their victimization, your secondary victimization of Israeli Jews, largely coincides with anti-Semites worldwide.
