In a letter to the editor in today's WaPo a woman writes that she phoned her sister, who had been wiped out by Katrina, what she thought about the east hyperventilating over Irene. She reports that her sister found it entertaining. Perhaps if we could have brought the death toll higher than 44 and damages over 7 billion she would have been rolling on the floor laughing her arse off.

We lost our train to NYC. Track was washed out in 9 differant places.

Gonna take a year to fix.
