Yes, indeed, it truly does.
Just don't confuse the narrative with reality.
(PS. It was meant to change the narrative. Don't you think that's a little manipulative, on someone's part?)

It was bad.
He's lucky I didn't walk into that store right then, I'd have set his fat 300 lbs ass straight in a hurry. But that still doesn't justify what the cop did.

No amount of spin is going to convince me that it's OK for a cop to shoot an unarmed man who is surrendering.
Find me some video of Brown raping a three year old child and I'll probably change my tune.
But for a box of cigars and a push?
No.

Just as withholding it would have been. It is plainly what it is, testament to what preceeded the encounter.

"Surrendering" is an assumption at this point if he was advancing with hands up.

Again, the argument is not about Browns goodness or badness. The example you allude to was just one possibility used to show there are alternatives. That is, besides the state-of-mind Zeke is sure he has deduced.

Surrendering with hands up is an assumption backed up by eye witness accounts.
Advancing is an assumption not backed up by eye witness accounts.

Fallacious probability argument. It's like saying' isn't it strangely coincidental that the day I don't change my underwear, I hit a home run?' You can wear stinky underwear all you want, but it won't improve your batting average.

And in the end this will blow over and the cop will get a job elsewhere.

I tend to agree however I wouldn't bat an eye if the owner shot him.
But IF you assault an officer guess what happens? And that's the crux of the biscuit. Unless some serious evidence comes forth that cop will rightfully walk.
