How is this one going to play out in the polls?

The federal court issued a partial injunction against the racial profiling aspects of the Arizona "immigration" law, and the rule requiring people to have their papers with them at all times.

It's going to be as hate fest on right wing media today and tonight.

This is just the end of the beginning phase of this whole thing. It may ultimately end up with The Supremes weighing in on this.

I think it'll end up in the SCOTUS too. My sense is they'll overturn it, citing Constitutional infringement of Federal authority but the real reason will be the pool of cheap labor undocumented workers provide for their corporate masters.

BINGO! the same reason Bushy never addressed the immigration problem.

Let's just call this trickle up. (profits on cheap labor)
