You have no understanding what you've read or what you're talking about. The OP refers to Japan considering the purchase of conventional cruise missiles and you compare this with Trump's campaign rhetoric of allowing Japan and South Korea to come out from under the US nuclear umbrella and develop and control their own nuclear arsenal - two decidedly different things.

Then you compare Trump's statement with current consideration of redeploying US tactical nukes (under US command) in South Korea. This is again quite different than Korea developing and controlling its own nuclear arsenal. You're way out of your league when it comes to even understanding the difference between these three things. You should stick to stuff you're capable of understanding, as limited as that may be.
