Back in the early 70's we lived out in West Hollywood, on Westmount Dr., for a while. I remember there were a number of massage parlors on Santa Monica that found some glitch in the local ordinances and were licensed as sex therapy centers or something like that. The funniest was one called The Institute of Oral Love.
